Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Easee website, software, EMR platform and related services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order form or customer agreement.

Service Description

Easee provides an eye-care-focused SaaS platform and EMR software for ophthalmology and optometry workflows, spanning clinical, support-service and administrative modules. Features, availability, pricing, limits, integrations and functionality may vary by plan and deployment.

Customer Account

Customers are responsible for account credentials, authorized users and activities conducted through their accounts. Unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, maintain appropriate access controls, comply with applicable law, ensure users are authorized, maintain clinical accuracy, obtain required patient permissions and maintain internal procedures for platform use.

Patient and Clinical Responsibility

Easee does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for clinical judgment, patient care and decisions based on information displayed by the platform.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use the services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, introduce malware, disrupt services, access another user’s information without authorization, abuse system resources, reverse engineer the service were prohibited by law, or submit information they have no right to provide.

Customer Data

Customers retain responsibility for information entered into the platform and must have the legal authority to process it. Processing of customer and patient information may also be governed by a separate agreement.

Third-Party Services

Easee may integrate with hosting, payment, communication, analytics, security, healthcare and other third-party services. Their independent terms may apply.

Intellectual Property

Easee and its licensors retain rights in the Easee name, branding, software, website, documentation, graphics and proprietary materials. Except as permitted by law or written authorization, users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them.

Availability and Changes

Easee aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, technical problems, security events, network failures and third-party outages may affect availability. Features may be modified or discontinued were reasonably necessary.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription plans, pricing, taxes, billing periods and included features will be presented before purchase. Customers are responsible for applicable fees and taxes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Easee Refund & Cancellation Policy and any separate customer agreement.

Suspension and Termination

Easee may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, non-payment, material breach or other grounds permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Data on Termination

Subject to the customer agreement, Easee may provide data export opportunities after termination. Certain data may be retained for legal, security, billing, audit or dispute-resolution purposes.

Disclaimer

The services are provided as a technology platform and do not replace professional medical judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easee does not guarantee that information entered by customers is clinically complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easee will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from or related to use of the services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from unlawful use, breach of these Terms, unauthorized use, or misuse of the platform.

Changes to Terms

Easee may update these Terms. Updated terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after an effective change may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India unless a separate written customer agreement provides otherwise. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
